AMERICAN DREAMERS

"Aim for the moon, and you'll land on the stars..."

In "American Dreamers" , the tiger floats through a dream-like state, jaws wrapped around the moon—a symbol of ambition, desire, and the elusive promise of the American Dream. The tiger, central to the Asian American identity, is both revered and burdened: its presence evokes strength, pride, and cultural heritage, but claws its back, with self-inflicted scars creating red and white stripes contrasted against a starry night sky—mirroring the American flag.

A portrait of duality, it exists between exhaustion and hope, burden and pride, pain and perseverance. It is a visual ode to those who dream with their eyes open— dreamers who chase stars not to catch them, but to find themselves in the space between.
